In this class, Yume will be using two sauces: Essential and Kaffir Lime (a.k.a Fire Cracker).  Our Essential sauce makes the delicious Beef Cubes and most of our stir-fried dishes.  Our Kaffir Lime sauce (a.k.a Fire Cracker sauce) is the most famous sauce we have to drizzle over any baked, broiled, grilled protein and vegetables. 

The dishes we will be demo-ing:

* Fried Rice

* Shrimp Ceviche

The cost is $26.5 to cover the food that you will be enjoying from the demo.  It will be so much fun and satisfying than having dinners at the Chef Tables at all those fancy places :-).  

Due to the popularity of the cooking demo, spots are sold out quickly.  There will be no refund as our classes are in great demand.  In case of emergency, please let us know and we might be able to move you to future classes when spot opens up.
