04-03-25 - Basil Chicken and Pineapple Curry

In this cooking demo, we will be using three sauces:  Essential, Panang and Yellow Curry. We will  make the most mouth-watering dishes that you can repeat at home easily!

* Ground chicken with Thai Basil - with fried egg (yes, you read it right!  delicious, crunchy fried eggs are delicious to pair with the dish)

* Pineapple Curry

The cost is $26.5.  You will leave with a full tummy as you will get to sample everything Yume cooks :-).  

You will have so much fun watching how quickly delicious meals are made - right in front of your eyes!  It is so much more fun and satisfying than having dinners at the Chef Tables at all those fancy places :-).
