In this class, Yume will be using two sauces: Tamarind and Essential

The dishes we will be demo-ing:

* Pad Thai

* Lettuce Wraps with Ground Chicken or Tofu

The cost is $25 per person.

You will have so much fun watching how quickly delicious meals are made - right in front of your eyes!  And get to taste them as well!  It is so much more fun and satisfying than having dinners at the Chef Tables at all those fancy places :-).  

Due to the popularity of the cooking demo, spots are sold out quickly.  There will be no refund -- but if you cannot make it to the classes you purchased; we will try to move you to future classes.
