In this class, Yume will show you how to prepare two very popular dishes using the must-have-in-your-pantry-sauces: Essential and Yellow Curry sauces.  Yume will be showing you a dish that we don't offer at Indochine (except when she feels like doing them).  It is called Phuket curry - it is curry with eggs!  So delicious!

Once you see how she does it, you can repeat the cooking steps at home and have wonderful meals without going out to see us at Indochine :-).  

* Drunken Noodles (noodles can have choices of GF or non-GF)

* Phutket curry (with vegetables and eggs if people cannot have shrimp).

ALL of our demos are Gluten-free. 

Your tummy will be full at the demo as you will get to taste the foods as Yume show you.  

These demos are fun to attend to see how your favorites are being made in our kitchen.  These are also fun to get-together with friends and just relax and have some amazingly fun times! 

Due to the popularity of the demos, refund will not be provided but we will work to move you to another demo if you cannot make the one you signed up for.
