Summer Rolls Making Class - March 13th, 2025 - Noon

In this class, Yume will teach you how to make YOUR favorite Summer Rolls AND you will get the chance to make as many rolls as you want during the class!

You will learn how to:

* Cook the noodle.

* Prepare your vegetables

* Prepare your protein (we will use shrimp, Chicken, beef and Tofu in the class)

* Prepare the irresistible GF Peanut sauce and Viet Vinaigrette.

Supplies will be given to you after class to bring home so you can do a summer roll party right away!

* one pack of rice noodle

* one pack of rice paper

The cost is $37.5 to cover the food that you will be MAKING to eat and to bring home and the supplies listed above!  Due to the space needed for everyone to roll their own rolls in this class; there will only be 10 spots for this class.
